Customer Support/Tech Representative I

Customer Support/Tech Representatives interact with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and answer questions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

-Provide advice and assistance to customers; troubleshoot complex problems; and provide support in a manner that minimizes interruptions in customers’ ability to carry out critical business activities
– Prepare standard login scripts and establishing network access protocols to enable customers to gain local or remote access
-Review, validate and standardize problem resolutions for inclusion in the problem resolution database
– Provide technical support and expertise in resolving the most complex customer problems
– Document and update customer records based on interactions
– Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products
– Ability to accomplish thorough and accurate work, independently

EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE /SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

– High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
– 1-2 years’ experience in Home Health/Insurance settings preferred.
– 2+ years’ experience in call center environment preferred.
– Proficient in multiple computer applications and databases, MS Office, MS Outlook, Word, Excel (Spreadsheets).
– Knowledgeable experience obtained in a customer service, sales, or other related environment
– Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
– Skilled in expressing facts and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing, and organized manner; clearly conveying moderately complex ideas, concepts and information to customers
– Ability to prioritize work and complete multiple tasks within time constraints
– Skilled in exhibiting active listening by demonstrating levels of understanding of audience comments and/or questions
– Knowledgeable in the use of excellent spelling and grammar as it relates to electronically responding to customer service issues and inquiries

Database Application Developer

We are seeking a Database Application Developer to become an integral part of our Development Team! The Database Application Developer’s role is to develop and maintain databases across the organization, while ensuring high levels of data availability. In addition evaluate and advise on all technology components, such as software, hardware, and networking capabilities for database management systems and applications. As part of the role they will be responsible for implementing data dashboards to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Design databases and database applications to support current and future applications products, ensuring system scalability, security, performance and reliability
· Scope of development and implementation work based on requirements, suggest possible database solutions, identify components and tasks, and provide time estimates
· Develop high-performing, scalable solutions including schema design, storage engines, indexing strategies, SQL tuning, ETL processes and Stored Procedures
· Design interfaces, data transfer mechanisms, global temporary tables, data partitions, and function-based indexes to enable efficient access to the database
· Develop data models for applications, metadata tables and supporting database structures (stored procedures, views, triggers, queries)
· Importing and exporting data in a variety of file formats using various database applications, primarily SSRS and SSIS.
· Develop and document database architectures, schema, physical structure, functional capability, security, back-up and recovery specifications
· Maintain developed source code in the repository for all databases and keep all build programs up to date
· Design tables and integration patterns that meet the business requirements in collaboration with the Application Architect
· Understand client requirements and how they translate to new application features
· Collaborate with Development Team and other IT staff to set specifications for new applications
· Write high-quality code to program complete applications within expected time frames and schedules

Required Skills:

Experience with relational databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
Experience in database architecture and development including T-SQL, Table design and Stored procedures
Experience developing Windows-based applications
Working knowledge of object-oriented software development methodology
Microsoft technologies: Microsoft SQL Server, C#.NET, ASP.NET
Experience in RESTful service framework.
Experience with SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
Ability to write design specifications
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

iOS/Android Mobile Application Developer

Job Responsibilities:

Build native apps for any iOS, Android, or Windows-based devices.
Create feature-rich web apps & portals that work consistently across all HTML 4/5 compliant browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and all mobile variants).
Create a single app that looks, feels, and operates consistently across all platforms, both native and web-based.
Integrate to backend systems quickly and easily.
Provide support, testing and system enhancements.

Experience using GitHub/TFS for task tracking and source control.
Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.
